Switch Things Up with a Healthy Spelt Pizza
Ingredients
- ingredients: * 11/3 cup wholegrain spelt flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 6 tablespoons filtered water
Preparation
Begin by mixing your dry ingredients well
Once combined, add 2 tablespoons of olive oil, and slowly begin to add your water whilst needing the dough for about 60 seconds in total
Let your ball of dough sit in a covered bowl for 10-15 minutes, and while doing so, preheat your oven to 200C
Roll our your dough on a well floured surface, and bake your crust for about 12 minutes
Once done, add all the toppings desired, and bake for another 15-20 minutes! Enjoy
