Switch Things Up with a Healthy Spelt Pizza

Ingredients

  • ingredients: * 11/3 cup wholegrain spelt flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 6 tablespoons filtered water

Preparation

  1. Begin by mixing your dry ingredients well

  2. Once combined, add 2 tablespoons of olive oil, and slowly begin to add your water whilst needing the dough for about 60 seconds in total

  3. Let your ball of dough sit in a covered bowl for 10-15 minutes, and while doing so, preheat your oven to 200C

  4. Roll our your dough on a well floured surface, and bake your crust for about 12 minutes

  5. Once done, add all the toppings desired, and bake for another 15-20 minutes! Enjoy
