Chunky Chocolate-Y Aquafaba Brownies

Ingredients

  • aquafaba brownies
  • 1.5 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/3 cup cocoa powder
  • 1 tbs baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt

Preparation

  1. Remove the pits from your dates and soak in hot water for 30 minutes to soften

  2. In the meantime, preheat your oven to 350ºF

  3. In a food processor, add all your ingredients except for your chocolate chips and blend for 1-2 minutes or until you start to get a runny dough consistency

  4. Add in your chocolate chips and mix with a spatula. line a square pan with parchment paper and pour your batter in

  5. Top with more chocolate chips and bake for 30-35 minutes

  6. Allow to cool completely before cutting into your brownies (it'll be hard to resist, I know ?)
