Chunky Chocolate-Y Aquafaba Brownies
Ingredients
- aquafaba brownies
- 1.5 cup almond flour
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
- 1/3 cup cocoa powder
- 1 tbs baking powder
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
Preparation
Remove the pits from your dates and soak in hot water for 30 minutes to soften
In the meantime, preheat your oven to 350ºF
In a food processor, add all your ingredients except for your chocolate chips and blend for 1-2 minutes or until you start to get a runny dough consistency
Add in your chocolate chips and mix with a spatula. line a square pan with parchment paper and pour your batter in
Top with more chocolate chips and bake for 30-35 minutes
Allow to cool completely before cutting into your brownies (it'll be hard to resist, I know ?)
