Baked French Fries with Spicy Mayo Dip
Ingredients
- 1 russet potato
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Sea salt
- Cracked pepper
- Desired seasoning
- 3 tablespoons vegan mayo
- 2 teaspoons sriracha
Preparation
Slice the russet potato and soak in cold water for 30 minutes or longer.
Preheat oven to 375°F.
Drain and pat dry the fries.
Drizzle with 2 tablespoons olive oil and season with sea salt, cracked pepper, and desired seasoning.
Place on a baking tray, spacing them so they do not touch.
Bake for 20 minutes, then flip the fries.
Increase oven heat to 400°F and bake for another 10-15 minutes.
Mix 3 tablespoons vegan mayo with 2 teaspoons sriracha to make the dip.
