Baked French Fries with Spicy Mayo Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 russet potato
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Sea salt
  • Cracked pepper
  • Desired seasoning
  • 3 tablespoons vegan mayo
  • 2 teaspoons sriracha

Preparation

  1. Slice the russet potato and soak in cold water for 30 minutes or longer.

  2. Preheat oven to 375°F.

  3. Drain and pat dry the fries.

  4. Drizzle with 2 tablespoons olive oil and season with sea salt, cracked pepper, and desired seasoning.

  5. Place on a baking tray, spacing them so they do not touch.

  6. Bake for 20 minutes, then flip the fries.

  7. Increase oven heat to 400°F and bake for another 10-15 minutes.

  8. Mix 3 tablespoons vegan mayo with 2 teaspoons sriracha to make the dip.
