Easy Oven-Baked Veggie Fries with Dips
Ingredients
- Celeriac
- Smoked paprika
- Carrots
- Pomegranate seeds
- Vegan cheese
- Sweet potatoes
- Olive oil
- Spices of choice
- 1/2 cup vegan mayonnaise
- 1 tsp sriracha
- 1 avocado
- Fresh lemon juice
- Salt
- Pepper
Preparation
Cut the celeriac, carrots, and sweet potatoes into fry shapes; cut carrots in halves if needed.
Drizzle the cut veggies with olive oil and sprinkle with spices of your choice.
Place them on a baking sheet.
Bake in the oven at 350 F or 180 C for 25-35 minutes.
For sriracha-mayonnaise dip: Mix 1/2 cup vegan mayonnaise with 1 tsp sriracha and a little olive oil.
For carrot fries topping: Crumble vegan cheese on top and sprinkle pomegranate seeds.
For avocado dip: Mash 1 avocado and mix it with olive oil, pepper, salt, and fresh lemon juice.
