These Yummy Soybean Spinach Stuffed Pranthas

Ingredients

  • soybean flour
  • wholemeal flour
  • gram flour I kneaded all these together
  • For stuffing
  • 5, 6 boiled potatoes
  • handful spinach
  • 1tsp salt 1/8 tsp dry pomegranate seeds
  • dry mint powder 1/2 tsp

Preparation

  1. Made a soft dough and left at side for 10 mints while I prepared the stuffing

  2. I made coconut yogurt dipping to eat this pranthas ( I added roasted Cummin seeds and pinch of Himalayan pink salt ) topped with some crisp chickpea flour balls
