These Yummy Soybean Spinach Stuffed Pranthas
Ingredients
- soybean flour
- wholemeal flour
- gram flour I kneaded all these together
- For stuffing
- 5, 6 boiled potatoes
- handful spinach
- 1tsp salt 1/8 tsp dry pomegranate seeds
- dry mint powder 1/2 tsp
Preparation
Made a soft dough and left at side for 10 mints while I prepared the stuffing
I made coconut yogurt dipping to eat this pranthas ( I added roasted Cummin seeds and pinch of Himalayan pink salt ) topped with some crisp chickpea flour balls
