This Chocolate Raspberry Smoothie Bowl and Lots of Caffeine

Ingredients

  • - 1 cup steamed then frozen cauli
  • - 1 cup cup fresh cranberry + raspberries
  • - 1 tbsp seeds
  • - 1/2 cup homemade nut milk (direction on my story)
  • - 1 tbsp cacao powder
  • - 1 scoop ? collagen (optional: great for gut, join health, skin nails)
  • Toppings:Frozen raspberry + coconut flakes + granola
