This Chocolate Raspberry Smoothie Bowl and Lots of Caffeine
Ingredients
- - 1 cup steamed then frozen cauli
- - 1 cup cup fresh cranberry + raspberries
- - 1 tbsp seeds
- - 1/2 cup homemade nut milk (direction on my story)
- - 1 tbsp cacao powder
- - 1 scoop ? collagen (optional: great for gut, join health, skin nails)
- Toppings:Frozen raspberry + coconut flakes + granola
