This Definitely Resembled the Taste of a Churro! ?
Ingredients
- Joseph’s Low Carb Lavash (half sheet) 6 net carbs
- Unsalted butter (2 Tbsp)
- Cinnamon powder (2 Tbsp)
- Swerve Confectioners sugars (2 tbsp)
- Rebel ice cream (Natural Vanilla)
- Nutilight Hazelnut/Milk Chocolate spread (1 Tbsp)
Preparation
In a bowl microwave the 2 Tbsp of butter and then mix in 1 Tbsp of cinnamon powder & 1 Tbsp confectioners sugar. You can also just throw all of this in a pan and let the butter melt there. However you want lol
In a separate bowl mix 1 Tbsp of confectioners sugar and 1 Tbsp of cinnamon
Cut the lavash into triangles & fry them in the butter mixture
Once triangles are fried remove from pan and coat with the cinnamon/sugar mixture
Let rest for a few minutes and enjoy with ice cream or by themselves
