Keto Churro with Cinnamon Sugar

Ingredients

  • Joseph’s Low Carb Lavash (half sheet)
  • Unsalted butter (2 Tbsp)
  • Cinnamon powder (2 Tbsp)
  • Swerve Confectioners sugar (2 Tbsp)
  • Rebel ice cream (Natural Vanilla)
  • Nutilight Hazelnut/Milk Chocolate spread (1 Tbsp)

Preparation

  1. Microwave the 2 tablespoons of butter in a bowl and then mix in 1 tablespoon of cinnamon powder and 1 tablespoon of confectioners sugar. Alternatively, melt the butter in a pan and mix there.

  2. In a separate bowl, mix 1 tablespoon of confectioners sugar and 1 tablespoon of cinnamon.

  3. Cut the lavash into triangles and fry them in the butter mixture.

  4. Once the triangles are fried, remove from pan and coat with the cinnamon/sugar mixture.

  5. Let rest for a few minutes and enjoy with ice cream or by themselves.
