This Definitely Resembled the Taste of a Churro! ?

Ingredients

  • Joseph’s Low Carb Lavash (half sheet) 6 net carbs
  • Unsalted butter (2 Tbsp)
  • Cinnamon powder (2 Tbsp)
  • Swerve Confectioners sugars (2 tbsp)
  • Rebel ice cream (Natural Vanilla)
  • Nutilight Hazelnut/Milk Chocolate spread (1 Tbsp)

Preparation

  1. In a bowl microwave the 2 Tbsp of butter and then mix in 1 Tbsp of cinnamon powder & 1 Tbsp confectioners sugar. You can also just throw all of this in a pan and let the butter melt there. However you want lol

  2. In a separate bowl mix 1 Tbsp of confectioners sugar and 1 Tbsp of cinnamon

  3. Cut the lavash into triangles & fry them in the butter mixture

  4. Once triangles are fried remove from pan and coat with the cinnamon/sugar mixture

  5. Let rest for a few minutes and enjoy with ice cream or by themselves
