Keto Churro with Cinnamon Sugar
Ingredients
- Joseph’s Low Carb Lavash (half sheet)
- Unsalted butter (2 Tbsp)
- Cinnamon powder (2 Tbsp)
- Swerve Confectioners sugar (2 Tbsp)
- Rebel ice cream (Natural Vanilla)
- Nutilight Hazelnut/Milk Chocolate spread (1 Tbsp)
Preparation
Microwave the 2 tablespoons of butter in a bowl and then mix in 1 tablespoon of cinnamon powder and 1 tablespoon of confectioners sugar. Alternatively, melt the butter in a pan and mix there.
In a separate bowl, mix 1 tablespoon of confectioners sugar and 1 tablespoon of cinnamon.
Cut the lavash into triangles and fry them in the butter mixture.
Once the triangles are fried, remove from pan and coat with the cinnamon/sugar mixture.
Let rest for a few minutes and enjoy with ice cream or by themselves.
