Triple Layer Chia Pudding Parfait. Spirulina, Pink Pitaya Dragon Fruit, and Mango

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp non-dairy yogurt
  • 3 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1/3 cup almond milk
  • 2 tsp spirulina powder
  • mix ingredients and place in fridge until solid.
  • middle layer
  • 3 tbsp non-dairy yogurt
  • 1/3 cup pink pitaya dragon fruit
  • 1/3 cup almond milk
  • 1/4 cup chia seeds
  • top layer
  • 2 tbsp non-dairy yogurt
  • 1/3 cup mango nectar
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds

Preparation

  1. Mix ingredients and place in fridge until solid
