Triple Layer Chia Pudding Parfait. Spirulina, Pink Pitaya Dragon Fruit, and Mango
Ingredients
- 2 tbsp non-dairy yogurt
- 3 tbsp chia seeds
- 1/3 cup almond milk
- 2 tsp spirulina powder
- mix ingredients and place in fridge until solid.
- middle layer
- 3 tbsp non-dairy yogurt
- 1/3 cup pink pitaya dragon fruit
- 1/3 cup almond milk
- 1/4 cup chia seeds
- top layer
- 2 tbsp non-dairy yogurt
- 1/3 cup mango nectar
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
Preparation
Mix ingredients and place in fridge until solid
