Tropical Morning Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1 banana, frozen
  • 1/4 red dragon fruit
  • 1 serve protein powder
  • 2 tbsp greek yoghurt
  • 1 tbsp nut butter
  • sprinkle of cinnamon
  • 1 cup milk
  • ice cubes for added thickness.

Preparation

  1. Blend until smooth and creamy! top with 1/4 cup of my maple & vanilla granola, fresh fruit and coconut flakes
