Tropical Morning Smoothie Bowl
Ingredients
- 1 banana, frozen
- 1/4 red dragon fruit
- 1 serve protein powder
- 2 tbsp greek yoghurt
- 1 tbsp nut butter
- sprinkle of cinnamon
- 1 cup milk
- ice cubes for added thickness.
Preparation
Blend until smooth and creamy! top with 1/4 cup of my maple & vanilla granola, fresh fruit and coconut flakes
