Trufflin
Ingredients
- 2 cups raw walnuts
- 8 pitted medjool dates
- 1/4 cup cacao powder
Preparation
Add the walnuts to a food processor, and pulse until they're blended into very small pieces
Add the dates and cacao powder, and blend until everything is totally mixed into a thick dough
Use a tablespoon to measure out 1 truffle, roll it into a ball, repeating until all the dough is gone – you'll end up with about 18 truffles
Set on a plate and into the fridge for about 1 hour to set up
Store the truffles in the refrigerator
If you want them more firm, feel free to keep them in the freezer and set them out for a few minutes to thaw before eating
