Two Ingredients Pineapple Sorbet

Ingredients

  • 4 1/2 cups fresh or frozen pineapple (if fresh, just freeze until solid)⠀
  • 1 tbsp freshly squeezed lime juice, plus more to taste⠀
  • tip: let the frozen pineapple thaw for a bit (10-15 minutes) at room temperature so it starts to soften. ?otherwise, you can help the processor along with a lil' warm water. ⠀

Preparation

  1. If you're using fresh pineapple, freeze it in chunks until completely solid, which should 2-3 hours, but I usually just leave it in the freezer overnight. Place the frozen pineapple into the bowl of a food processor or heavy duty blender. Blend until smooth. ⠀

  2. Eat immediately for a softer texture, or transfer into a freezer-safe container and freeze for 3-4 hours or until firm. ⠀
