Unday Morning Protein Pancakes
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup oats
- 1/2 cup buckwheat flour
- 1/2 cup of milk - add more/less to thicken
- x1 tsp baking powder
- x1 small banana
- x2 eggs
- x2 scoops protein powder
Preparation
I whizzed it up with the mixer to smooth out the banana and make it fluffier and lighter
Use spray light on the pan and cook
