Unday Morning Protein Pancakes

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 1/2 cup buckwheat flour
  • 1/2 cup of milk - add more/less to thicken
  • x1 tsp baking powder
  • x1 small banana
  • x2 eggs
  • x2 scoops protein powder

Preparation

  1. I whizzed it up with the mixer to smooth out the banana and make it fluffier and lighter

  2. Use spray light on the pan and cook
