Vegan Banana Bread with Spices
Ingredients
Dry
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp ground cloves
- 1/2 tsp ground ginger
Wet
- 1 cup mashed bananas (about 2 very ripe bananas)
- 1 cup canned coconut milk, mixed well before measuring
- 1/2 cup canola oil
- 1 Tblsp white or apple cider vinegar
- 1 Tblsp pure vanilla extract
Preparation
Grease and flour an 8x8 pan, or a large loaf pan, or line 18 cupcake tins with liners.
Mix the dry ingredients together in a bowl.
Mix the wet ingredients together in another bowl.
Combine the wet mixture with the dry mixture.
Pour the batter into the prepared pan.
Bake at 350°F until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
