Vegan Caesar Salad
Ingredients
- 1 lb., 454g organic non-Gmo silken tofu
- 2 t lemon juice
- 1/2 cup nutritional yeast
- 1-3 cloves garlic
- 2 t capers
- 2 t white miso paste
- 1 t dijon mustard
- 2 t dulse sea vegetable granules with garlic
- fresh ground pepper to taste
Preparation
Blend all ingredients on high speed in a blender.
Pour over romaine lettuce, and top with optional croutons (mine are sprouted whole grain, but you can omit or use gluten free)
