Vegan Caesar Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 lb., 454g organic non-Gmo silken tofu
  • 2 t lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup nutritional yeast
  • 1-3 cloves garlic
  • 2 t capers
  • 2 t white miso paste
  • 1 t dijon mustard
  • 2 t dulse sea vegetable granules with garlic
  • fresh ground pepper to taste

Preparation

  1. Blend all ingredients on high speed in a blender.

  2. Pour over romaine lettuce, and top with optional croutons (mine are sprouted whole grain, but you can omit or use gluten free)
