Vegan Coconut Chocolate Chia Latte Pod

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup of Chia Seeds
  • 3/4 cup of Coconut Milk
  • 1/2 cup of brewed coffee
  • 1 tsp of 100% cocoa powder
  • 2 tsps of muscovado or coconut sugar

Preparation

  1. Mix cocoa powder and sugar in with the freshly brewed coffee so that they dissolve.

  2. Combine with the remaining ingredients in a jar and leave in the refrigerator overnight.

  3. In the morning top with shredded coconut, a sprinkle of nutmeg and cocoa powder or a topping of your choice.

  4. Enjoy.
