Vegan Marshmallow Cream
Ingredients
- 50ml aquafaba
- 1/2 tsp cream of tartar
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 tsp xanthan gum
Preparation
Place the aquafaba, vanilla extract and cream of tartar into a bowl and whisk until foamy
Slowly add in the sugar and xanthan gum whilst whisking
Whisk for around 10 minutes until thick and fluffy
Transfer into a jar and store refrigerated for up to a week
