Vegan Meatless Balls

Ingredients

  • 2 tins kidney beans, drained
  • 1 beetroot
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 large onion
  • 1/4 cup sweetcorn
  • 50g violife pizza cheese
  • 2 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/2 tsp each ground cumin and coriander
  • 2 handfuls fresh breadcrumbs
  • 3 handfuls oats
  • 1 handful nutritional yeast flakes

Preparation

  1. Whizz all up together in a food processor and ideally leave to sit for 15 mins before shaping into balls, burgers or sausages then shallow fry. Enjoy
