Vegan No-Bake Blondie Brownies

Ingredients

  • 8 fresh dates (110g)
  • 1 cup hazelnut flour
  • 0.5 cup cacao powder
  • 3 tbsp peanut butter
  • 0.5 cup almond milk
  • 50g vegan white chocolate

Preparation

  1. Mix together with your hands.

  2. Top with some melted vegan white chocolate.

  3. Keep in the fridge for 1 hour before serving.
