Vegan Tofu Whole Wheat Baos

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup of water with 1/2 cup of lukewarm soy milk
  • add 2 tbsp of dry yeast
  • 1 1/2 cups of whole wheat flour
  • 1 cup of plain flour
  • 2 pinches of salt and 2tbsp of olive oil

Preparation

  2. In a bowl mix 1 1/2 cups of whole wheat flour, 1 cup of plain flour, 2 pinches of salt and 2tbsp of olive oil

  3. Mix everything together and knead for 5 min, let it rest for 30min, roll it out, cut it out in circles, fold them in half and let them rest for 30min

  4. Finally cook them for 12 min in a steamer
