Vegetable Fritters with Carrots and Zucchini
Ingredients
- 2 small grated carrots
- 1 medium grated zucchini
- 2 tablespoons of cut parsley
- 1 clove of garlic crushed
- 2 diced spring onions
- 1/2 teaspoon of paprika
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1/4 teaspoons of paprika
- Pepper
- 1/4 cup of cashew milk or milk of choice
- 5 tablespoons of flour
- Sunflower oil for shallow frying
Preparation
In a bowl add all your ingredients and combine well.
In a fry pan with hot oil spoon the mixture and flatten.
Serve with a dip of your choice.
