Warm Biscoff Rolls
Ingredients
- 3 tbsp self-raising flour (or all-purpose with a pinch of baking powder)
- 2 tbsp any yogurt (soy yogurt used)
- 1 tsp Biscoff spread
Preparation
Pre-heat the oven.
In a bowl, mix flour and yogurt until clumps form.
Form a dough ball and knead inside the bowl.
Dust the surface with flour and roll dough into a flat sausage shape.
Spread Biscoff over the dough.
Roll up, tucking ends underneath, and place on an ovenproof dish.
Cook at 180°C/350°F/gas mark 4 for about 12 minutes.
