Warm Biscoff Rolls

Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp self-raising flour (or all-purpose with a pinch of baking powder)
  • 2 tbsp any yogurt (soy yogurt used)
  • 1 tsp Biscoff spread

Preparation

  1. Pre-heat the oven.

  2. In a bowl, mix flour and yogurt until clumps form.

  3. Form a dough ball and knead inside the bowl.

  4. Dust the surface with flour and roll dough into a flat sausage shape.

  5. Spread Biscoff over the dough.

  6. Roll up, tucking ends underneath, and place on an ovenproof dish.

  7. Cook at 180°C/350°F/gas mark 4 for about 12 minutes.
