Yummy White Chocolate and Chocolate Tart

Ingredients

Base

  • 1/3 cup almonds
  • 1/3 cup buckinis
  • 1/2 cup desiccated coconut
  • 6 medjool dates
  • 1/2 tbsp water

Topping blend

  • 1 cup cashews
  • 1/2 cup coconut cream
  • 1 tbsp water
  • 2 tbsp coconut nectar
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1 heaped tbsp hulled tahini
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla bean powder
  • 2 tbsp coconut butter
  • 1/4 cup cacao powder
  • 1/4 cup water

Preparation

  1. Blend the base ingredients to create the mixture.

  2. Press the blended mixture into 4 small greased tart tins.

  3. Place the tins in the freezer while preparing the topping.

  4. Blend the topping ingredients except for the cacao powder and additional water.

  5. Scoop out half of the topping mixture and set it aside.

  6. Add 1/4 cup cacao powder and 1/4 cup water to the remaining topping mixture and blend until smooth.

  7. Scoop both topping mixtures onto the base in the tart tins.

  8. Place in the freezer for 3-4 hours to set properly.

  9. If desired, create a swirl pattern for aesthetic appeal.

  10. Enjoy the tart as a delicious treat.
