White Choc/choc Tart

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup almonds
  • 1/3 cup buckinis
  • 1/2 cup desiccated coconut
  • 6 medjool dates
  • 1/2 tbsp water
  • 1 cup cashews
  • 1/2 cup coconut cream
  • 1 tbsp water
  • 2 tbsp coconut nectar
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1 heaped tbsp hulled tahini
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla bean powder
  • 2 tbsp coconut butter
  • 1/4 cup cacao powder
  • 1/4 cup water to remaining mixture and blend

Preparation

  1. Scoop both mixtures on top of base and place in freezer for 3-4 hours
