White Choc/choc Tart
Ingredients
- 1/3 cup almonds
- 1/3 cup buckinis
- 1/2 cup desiccated coconut
- 6 medjool dates
- 1/2 tbsp water
- 1 cup cashews
- 1/2 cup coconut cream
- 1 tbsp water
- 2 tbsp coconut nectar
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- 1 heaped tbsp hulled tahini
- 1/4 tsp vanilla bean powder
- 2 tbsp coconut butter
- 1/4 cup cacao powder
- 1/4 cup water to remaining mixture and blend
Preparation
Scoop both mixtures on top of base and place in freezer for 3-4 hours
