Winter Warming Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1/2 medium roasted or steamed sweet potato,sliced skin removed (make sure it's still hot)
  • 3 pitted dates
  • 1 cup warm almond milk or coconut milk
  • 1 tablespoon cacao
  • 1 tablespoon peanut butter
  • dash of ceylon cinnamon

Preparation

  1. Blitz everything in a high speed blender and serve
