Winter Warming Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1/2 medium roasted or steamed sweet potato,sliced skin removed (make sure it's still hot)
- 3 pitted dates
- 1 cup warm almond milk or coconut milk
- 1 tablespoon cacao
- 1 tablespoon peanut butter
- dash of ceylon cinnamon
Preparation
Blitz everything in a high speed blender and serve
