Gluten-Free Dairy-Free Belgian Waffles

Ingredients

  • 1 cup gluten-free all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 cup coconut sugar
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • Splash of vanilla extract
  • 2 eggs

Preparation

  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the wet ingredients then whisk in the dry ingredients.

  2. Pour the batter into a hot and greased waffle maker and cook to make 2 large waffles.

Tips
