Gluten-Free Dairy-Free Belgian Waffles
Ingredients
- 1 cup gluten-free all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 cup coconut sugar
- 1/2 cup almond milk
- Splash of vanilla extract
- 2 eggs
Preparation
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the wet ingredients then whisk in the dry ingredients.
Pour the batter into a hot and greased waffle maker and cook to make 2 large waffles.
