Deep Fried Tofu Stir Fry with Brown Rice

Ingredients

  • Deep fried tofu
  • Onion
  • Garlic
  • Mangetout
  • Carrot
  • Baby corn
  • Soy sauce
  • Chinese five spices
  • Brown rice

Preparation

  1. Cook the brown rice according to package instructions.

  2. Heat oil in a wok or skillet over medium-high heat.

  3. Add garlic and onion, stir fry until fragrant and softened.

  4. Add carrot, baby corn, and mangetout, stir fry until slightly softened.

  5. Add the deep fried tofu and stir fry to heat through.

  6. Season with soy sauce and Chinese five spices, mix well and cook until everything is combined.

  7. Serve the stir fry with the cooked brown rice.
