Ingredients

  • Linda McCartney vegetarian chicken pieces
  • Courgette
  • Garlic
  • Red onion
  • Broccoli
  • Soy sauce
  • Chinese five spices
  • Wholewheat noodles

Preparation

  1. Cook the vegetarian chicken pieces until browned or according to package instructions.

  2. Stir fry the courgette, garlic, red onion, and broccoli in a pan.

  3. Add a dash of soy sauce and Chinese five spices to the mixture.
