Chicken and Green Vegetable Stir Fry with Wholewheat Noodles
Ingredients
- Linda McCartney vegetarian chicken pieces
- Courgette
- Garlic
- Red onion
- Broccoli
- Soy sauce
- Chinese five spices
- Wholewheat noodles
Preparation
Cook the vegetarian chicken pieces until browned or according to package instructions.
Stir fry the courgette, garlic, red onion, and broccoli in a pan.
Add a dash of soy sauce and Chinese five spices to the mixture.
Combine with cooked wholewheat noodles and serve immediately.
