Tempeh Stir Fry with Brown Rice
Ingredients
- Tempeh
- Red onion
- Garlic
- Pak choi
- Sugar snap peas
- Chili
- Baby corn
- Edamame beans
- Broccoli
- Soy sauce
- Chinese five spices
- Brown rice
Preparation
Cook brown rice according to package instructions.
Heat a skillet or wok over medium-high heat with a little oil.
Add tempeh and stir-fry until browned.
Add vegetables and continue stir-frying until tender-crisp.
Stir in soy sauce and Chinese five spices, cooking until heated through.
Serve the stir-fry over the cooked brown rice.
