Tempeh Stir Fry with Brown Rice

Ingredients

  • Tempeh
  • Red onion
  • Garlic
  • Pak choi
  • Sugar snap peas
  • Chili
  • Baby corn
  • Edamame beans
  • Broccoli
  • Soy sauce
  • Chinese five spices
  • Brown rice

Preparation

  1. Cook brown rice according to package instructions.

  2. Heat a skillet or wok over medium-high heat with a little oil.

  3. Add tempeh and stir-fry until browned.

  4. Add vegetables and continue stir-frying until tender-crisp.

  5. Stir in soy sauce and Chinese five spices, cooking until heated through.

  6. Serve the stir-fry over the cooked brown rice.
