Easiest Healthy Tarte Flambee
Ingredients
Base
- 180g peeled, uncooked sweet potato
- 50g oat flour
- 1 tsp salt
Sauce
- 50g soy yoghurt
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- Fresh Parsley
Toppings
- 50g smoked tofu
- 1/2 onion
- spring onions
Preparation
Cut 180g peeled sweet potato into small pieces and microwave for 6-8 minutes.
Mash the sweet potato with a fork and add 1 teaspoon salt and 50g oat flour.
Roll out the mixture on baking paper and bake for 12-15 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius.
Meanwhile, cut 50g smoked tofu and 1/2 onion into pieces.
Sauté the tofu and onion briefly.
Mix the sauce ingredients together.
Add the toppings, including the sauce and spring onions, to the baked base and serve.
Tips
You can boil the sweet potato instead of microwaving it, which may require adding more oat flour and result in a larger base.
