Chicken Gyros with Two-Ingredient Flatbread

Ingredients

Flatbread

  • Greek yogurt
  • Flour
  • Salt and pepper (optional)

Sauce

  • Cucumber
  • Greek yogurt
  • Mustard
  • Parsley
  • Extra virgin olive oil
  • Pepper

Chicken

  • Ajvar
  • Greek yogurt
  • Salt and pepper
  • Olive oil
  • Mixed herbs
  • Garlic
  • Paprika

Preparation

  1. Marinate the chicken in the specified ingredients and refrigerate for 1 hour, then cook in an air fryer for 15 minutes.

  2. Prepare the sauce by mixing the ingredients, removing the center of the cucumber and using lemon juice if available, until a good consistency is achieved.

  3. For the flatbreads, mix Greek yogurt and flour together until a dough-like ball forms, adding more flour as needed.

  4. Flour a rolling pin and surface, roll out the dough flat, and cook in a hot pan for a couple of minutes on each side.

  5. Assemble the gyros with chips, red onion, tomato, and enjoy.
