Vegan Balti Curry with Rice and Naan

Ingredients

  • Ready-made balti sauce
  • Red onion
  • Garlic
  • Chicken-style strips
  • Sweetcorn
  • Peas
  • Carrot
  • Green beans

Preparation

  1. Fry the red onion and garlic in a pan until softened

  2. Add the chicken-style strips, sweetcorn, peas, carrot, and green beans

  3. Stir in the ready-made sauce and heat through until everything is well combined

  4. Serve with wholegrain rice and garlic and coriander naan
