Vegan Balti Curry with Rice and Naan
Ingredients
- Ready-made balti sauce
- Red onion
- Garlic
- Chicken-style strips
- Sweetcorn
- Peas
- Carrot
- Green beans
Preparation
Fry the red onion and garlic in a pan until softened
Add the chicken-style strips, sweetcorn, peas, carrot, and green beans
Stir in the ready-made sauce and heat through until everything is well combined
Serve with wholegrain rice and garlic and coriander naan
