Easy Vegan Spaghetti Carbonara
Ingredients
- Spaghetti for 1 serving (whole grain optional)
- 80 grams vegan bacon
- 3 tablespoons vegan parmesan
- 1.5 deciliters vegan cream (e.g., oatly)
- Salt, to taste
- Black pepper, to taste
- White pepper, to taste
Preparation
Boil the spaghetti according to package instructions.
Meanwhile, chop the vegan bacon into small pieces.
Fry the bacon in a pan with some oil until it gets a little color.
Add the vegan cream, vegan parmesan, salt, black pepper, and white pepper to the pan.
Stir in the cooked spaghetti and mix everything together.
Serve with extra vegan parmesan on top.
