Spaghetti with Olives and Tomato

Ingredients

  • 1/2 onion
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 250 g cherry tomatoes
  • 1.5 dl green olives
  • 1 dl vegan cream
  • 1 tbsp ajvar
  • A handful of fresh basil
  • A sprinkle of vegan cheese (optional)
  • Salt and pepper

Pasta

  • Spaghetti for 2

Preparation

  1. Fry chopped onion and garlic in a pan with some olive oil.

  2. Add the cherry tomatoes and stir.

  3. Meanwhile, boil the spaghetti.

  4. Add the remaining ingredients, including the cooked spaghetti, to the pan and stir everything together.

  5. Serve with extra cheese and basil on top.
