Vegan Spaghetti Bolognese with Garlic Bread

- cornstarch slurry
- long fermentation bread
- vegan butter
- olive oil

Preparation
Sauté onions and garlic in a pan
Fry vegan burgers with the onions and garlic
Add Italian herbs, oregano, tomato passata, water, sea salt, and pepper, then simmer
Thicken the sauce with a cornstarch slurry
Quickly sauté fresh garlic in olive oil
Mix the sautéed garlic with vegan butter, parsley, and sea salt
Spread the mixture on slices of long fermentation bread
Bake or broil the bread until golden and crispy
Cook spaghetti according to package instructions
Serve the sauce over the cooked spaghetti with garlic bread on the side
