Potatoes in Macha Sauce

Ingredients

  • 500 g cambray potatoes
  • 4 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1/2 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1/2 tablespoon Maggi sauce
  • 1/2 tablespoon olive oil
  • Macha sauce to taste
  • Bouillon to taste
  • Garlic powder to taste

Preparation

  1. Boil the potatoes in salted water until cooked, then cut them in half.

  2. Mix the sauce ingredients thoroughly: lemon juice, Maggi sauce, soy sauce, macha sauce, olive oil, bouillon, and garlic powder.

  3. Coat the potatoes with the sauce mixture, stir well, and serve.

  4. Sprinkle a little parsley on top and it's ready.
