Potatoes in Macha Sauce
Ingredients
- 500 g cambray potatoes
- 4 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1/2 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1/2 tablespoon Maggi sauce
- 1/2 tablespoon olive oil
- Macha sauce to taste
- Bouillon to taste
- Garlic powder to taste
Preparation
Boil the potatoes in salted water until cooked, then cut them in half.
Mix the sauce ingredients thoroughly: lemon juice, Maggi sauce, soy sauce, macha sauce, olive oil, bouillon, and garlic powder.
Coat the potatoes with the sauce mixture, stir well, and serve.
Sprinkle a little parsley on top and it's ready.
