Easy 6-Ingredient Oven-Baked Chicken Wings
Ingredients
- 1kg flat wings
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp celery salt
- 1 tsp lemon pepper seasoning
- 1 tsp dried parsley
Preparation
Place your cleaned wings in a bowl, add the olive oil and seasonings, mix well to coat.
Arrange the wings on a raised rack and bake in a preheated oven at 220°C, gas mark 7, 425°F for 40-45 minutes, turning halfway, until golden brown and slightly crispy around the edges. Alternatively, cook in an air fryer at 180°C for 25-30 minutes, adjusting timings as necessary.
Serve immediately with your favorite sides and enjoy.
Tips
If lemon pepper seasoning is unavailable, make your own by mixing equal quantities of sumac and black pepper.
