Persian Rice Pudding with Rosewater
Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon rice flour per person
- 1 tablespoon sugar per person (or 2 tablespoons for sweeter taste)
- 1 tablespoon rosewater per person
- 1 cup milk per person
Preparation
Mix all ingredients together with cold milk.
Heat on low heat, stirring continuously, until it reaches the desired thickness.
Pour into a serving dish while hot.
Decorate with your choice of toppings and serve.
Tips
You can omit the sugar and serve with grape syrup, honey, or rose petal jam instead, according to preference.
