Zesty Citrus Concentrate Drink

1. Wash the oranges and lemons well

2. Grate one orange and one lemon

3. Juice the remaining oranges and lemons to obtain 4 cups of orange juice and 2 cups of lemon juice

4. In a medium pot, combine sugar, the grated zest, and the juices

5. Place the pot on medium heat and stir continuously with a wooden spoon until the sugar completely dissolves and the mixture boils

6. Strain the mixture through a fine sieve to remove any solids

7. Add the orange blossom water and stir to combine

8. Pour the concentrate into a glass jar or bottles with tight lids, let it cool completely, then store in the refrigerator or freezer until use

Serving suggestions

1. For serving, use appropriate glasses, add a little concentrate, ice, and water, and serve
