Polish-Style Breaded Mushroom Crepes
Ingredients
Filling
- 1 kg mushrooms
- 1 large onion
- 1 flat teaspoon salt
- fat for frying
- pepper
- 50g grated cheese
Batter
- 250ml milk
- 250ml water
- 1 egg
- 320g flour
- 10g salt
- 30ml olive oil
Breading
- 1 egg
- bread crumbs
Preparation
Sauté the cubed onion in a pan and gradually add cubed mushrooms on high heat to evaporate water, season, mix, and set aside.
Mix all the crepe batter ingredients and fry thin crepes.
Wrap the mushroom filling with a bit of cheese in the crepes, coat in beaten egg and bread crumbs, and fry before serving.
