Spicy Pulled Chicken Tacos

Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 1/2 bottle of spicy taco sauce
  • 1/4 cup water
  • Salsa or homemade Pico de Gallo (tomato and onions finely diced with lime juice and salt)
  • Shredded cheese
  • Sliced avocado
  • Tortilla shells or serve over greens
  • Cilantro for garnish

Preparation

  1. Pat dry chicken breasts and place them into the Instant Pot.

  2. Top with taco sauce and water; pressure cook for 11 minutes; naturally release for 10 minutes.

  3. Prepare your toppings and heat up your tortillas.

  4. Remove chicken, shred it, place it back into the Instant Pot, and sauté for 2 minutes until the sauce has thickened.

  5. Assemble the tacos and enjoy.
