Spicy Pulled Chicken Tacos
Ingredients
- 2 chicken breasts
- 1/2 bottle of spicy taco sauce
- 1/4 cup water
- Salsa or homemade Pico de Gallo (tomato and onions finely diced with lime juice and salt)
- Shredded cheese
- Sliced avocado
- Tortilla shells or serve over greens
- Cilantro for garnish
Preparation
Pat dry chicken breasts and place them into the Instant Pot.
Top with taco sauce and water; pressure cook for 11 minutes; naturally release for 10 minutes.
Prepare your toppings and heat up your tortillas.
Remove chicken, shred it, place it back into the Instant Pot, and sauté for 2 minutes until the sauce has thickened.
Assemble the tacos and enjoy.
