Instant Pot Chicken Tacos with Lime and Salsa

Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breasts
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 1 packed taco seasoning
  • 1 cup salsa
  • 1/2 cup bone broth

Toppings

  • Taco shells
  • Feta cheese
  • Avocado

Preparation

  1. Add a little bit of olive oil to the instant pot

  2. Add the chicken breasts

  3. Add taco seasoning on top

  4. Add lime juice

  5. Add salsa on top

  6. Add bone broth

  7. Cook on high pressure for 15 minutes then slow release for 10 minutes. Quick release remaining steam

  8. Add to a bowl and shred the chicken

  9. Add into tacos and add your toppings. Makes enough meat for about 5 tacos
