Air-Fried Quick Salmon Burgers
Ingredients
- 1 can of natural salmon fillets with water
- Breadcrumbs as needed
- Dill or thyme to taste
- Salt and pepper
- 1 teaspoon of seed oil
Coating
- Extra breadcrumbs for coating
- Oil spray for cooking
Preparation
In a bowl, pour the content of the salmon can, including its water.
Add dill or thyme, a pinch of salt and pepper, a dash of seed oil, and mix in breadcrumbs as needed to form a soft but moldable mixture.
Take a portion with your hands, flatten it slightly into a burger shape, and coat it with extra breadcrumbs on one side if desired for lightness.
Place the burgers on the air fryer rack, spray with oil, and cook at 200°C for 10-12 minutes until golden brown.
Alternatively, use a convection oven for cooking.
