Air-Fried Quick Salmon Burgers

Ingredients

  • 1 can of natural salmon fillets with water
  • Breadcrumbs as needed
  • Dill or thyme to taste
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 teaspoon of seed oil

Coating

  • Extra breadcrumbs for coating
  • Oil spray for cooking

Preparation

  1. In a bowl, pour the content of the salmon can, including its water.

  2. Add dill or thyme, a pinch of salt and pepper, a dash of seed oil, and mix in breadcrumbs as needed to form a soft but moldable mixture.

  3. Take a portion with your hands, flatten it slightly into a burger shape, and coat it with extra breadcrumbs on one side if desired for lightness.

  4. Place the burgers on the air fryer rack, spray with oil, and cook at 200°C for 10-12 minutes until golden brown.

  5. Alternatively, use a convection oven for cooking.
