Beef and Chicken Vegetable Cutlets

Ingredients

Beef cutlets

  • 1 kg beef
  • 2 onions
  • 1 zucchini
  • 1 broccoli
  • salt
  • pepper

Chicken cutlets

  • 1 kg chicken fillet
  • 1 zucchini
  • 1 onion
  • salt
  • pepper

Preparation

  1. Grind all ingredients for beef cutlets using a meat grinder or Kenwood attachment, then mix with K-shaped attachment.

  2. Grind all ingredients for chicken cutlets using a kitchen machine attachment.

  3. Shape the mixtures into cutlets.

  4. Optionally coat the cutlets in breading.

  5. Bake in the oven or air fryer until fully cooked.

Tips

  1. Use any available vegetables from the refrigerator such as potatoes, cabbage, zucchini, or broccoli.

  2. Bake instead of frying for a healthier option; adjust cooking method based on quantity.
