Beef Stir-Fry with Butter

Ingredients

  • 400g beef
  • 1 onion
  • 5 garlic cloves
  • 3cm ginger
  • 200ml beef stock
  • 2 tablespoons sweet soy sauce
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • 3 tablespoons butter

Preparation

  1. Boil the beef cubes until tender and drain.

  2. Heat butter in a pan.

  3. Sauté onion, garlic, and ginger until fragrant.

  4. Add the beef and cook until it changes color.

  5. Add beef stock and cook over medium heat until boiling.

  6. Add sweet soy sauce, salt, and pepper, and stir well.

  7. Cook until the sauce thickens.

  8. Turn off the heat and serve as a side dish with rice.
