Korean Beef Bulgogi Stir-Fry
Ingredients
- 300g thinly sliced beef
- 1 small carrot cut into matchsticks
- 1/2 onion sliced lengthwise
- 1 green onion sliced lengthwise
- Toasted sesame seeds for sprinkling as needed
Marinade
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp sweet soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp brown sugar or sugar as needed
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 cm grated ginger
- 3 cloves minced garlic
- A pinch of salt and mushroom seasoning
- A little water
Preparation
Rinse the sliced beef with water once to remove blood.
Mix the beef, carrot, onion, and green onion with the marinade, stir until even, adjust seasoning, cover, and refrigerate for 15-20 minutes.
Remove from fridge, heat a non-stick pan with a little olive oil, add the mixture, stir-fry for about 3 minutes until cooked, remove from heat, sprinkle with sesame seeds, and serve.
