Thai-Style Turmeric Fried Beef

- Beef
- Salt
- Turmeric
- Corn starch
- Ground black pepper
- Carrot
- Long beans
- Bell pepper
- Onion
- Cauliflower
- Water
Preparation
Cut the beef into thin slices and mix with salt, turmeric, corn starch, ground black pepper, and season to taste, then let marinate for 15 minutes.
Fry the beef until somewhat crispy.
Cut the vegetables into pieces.
Add the vegetables to the same pan with the beef, include a pinch of seasoning to taste and 2 tablespoons of water, then stir until well combined and cooked through.
Tips
Serve with sambal belacan for enhanced flavor and authenticity.
