Beef and Mushroom Red Sauce

Ingredients

  • 250g beef
  • 75g mushrooms
  • 1/2 red bell pepper
  • 1/2 medium onion
  • 1 green onion

Seasonings

  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 2 heaping tablespoons tomato paste
  • 1 tablespoon chili sauce
  • Pepper to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • Sugar to taste
  • Water as needed
  • 1/2 tablespoon cornstarch (optional)

Preparation

  1. Sauté onion and garlic until fragrant.

  2. Add beef and sauté until color changes.

  3. Add other seasonings and a little water, then sauté until beef is cooked.

  4. Finally, add vegetables and adjust the taste.

  5. If desired, thicken with dissolved cornstarch.
