Homemade Noodles with Ground Beef

Ingredients

  • 300 grams ground beef
  • 1 egg
  • 1 coffee cup water
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 250 grams flour
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 300 grams water for cooking

Preparation

  1. Knead a dough with 1 egg, 1 coffee cup of water, and 250 grams of flour. Let it rest for 15 minutes, then divide into three pieces and roll out each as thinly as possible.

  2. Cook the dough sheets in a dry pan on both sides without fully cooking, remove, cover with a cloth, and let rest before cutting into desired sizes.

  3. Heat 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil and 1 tablespoon of butter in a skillet.

  4. Add the pre-cooked chopped onion and cooked ground beef.

  5. Add 1 tablespoon of tomato paste and sauté until fragrant.

  6. Pour in 300 grams of hot water and simmer on low heat for 3 minutes.

  7. Add the cut dough pieces and cook for another 5 minutes on low heat.

  8. Let the dish cool.

  9. Serve with a mixture of 1 bowl of yogurt, 2 cloves of garlic, and a pinch of parsley.
