Black Pepper Beef Stir-Fry

Ingredients

  • 500 g thinly sliced beef sirloin
  • 3 cloves garlic, crushed and thinly sliced
  • 1 onion, sliced lengthwise
  • 1 red bell pepper, diced
  • 1 green bell pepper, diced
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons sweet soy sauce

Marinade

  • 5 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 1 tablespoon tapioca flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon tomato sauce
  • 2 tablespoons cooking oil

Preparation

  1. Marinate the thinly sliced beef with the marinade for at least 30 minutes; overnight is better

  2. Heat oil and stir-fry the marinated beef until it changes color; do it briefly, then drain and set aside

  3. Stir-fry onion and garlic until fragrant

  4. Add green and red bell peppers and stir well

  5. Add the previously stir-fried beef

  6. Add salt, pepper, sweet soy sauce, and Worcestershire sauce

  7. Cook until done
