Black Pepper Beef Stir-Fry
Ingredients
- 500 g thinly sliced beef sirloin
- 3 cloves garlic, crushed and thinly sliced
- 1 onion, sliced lengthwise
- 1 red bell pepper, diced
- 1 green bell pepper, diced
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons sweet soy sauce
Marinade
- 5 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1 tablespoon tapioca flour
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon tomato sauce
- 2 tablespoons cooking oil
Preparation
Marinate the thinly sliced beef with the marinade for at least 30 minutes; overnight is better
Heat oil and stir-fry the marinated beef until it changes color; do it briefly, then drain and set aside
Stir-fry onion and garlic until fragrant
Add green and red bell peppers and stir well
Add the previously stir-fried beef
Add salt, pepper, sweet soy sauce, and Worcestershire sauce
Cook until done
