Almond and Banana Muffins
Ingredients
- 1 very ripe banana
- 85 grams almond butter (approx. 1/3 cup)
- 1 egg
- 70 grams oats (approx 1/4 cup, plus 1 tablespoon)
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
Preparation
In a bowl, mash the banana with a fork.
Add the rest of the ingredients and mix until well combined.
Add to a muffin tin; if available, use paper muffin cases for a more seamless baking process.
Bake for 20-25 minutes at 350°F or 180°C.
