Baked Chicken with Vegetables and Sauce
Ingredients
- 2 packages chicken chops
- 2 onions
- 2 carrots
- 3 potatoes
- 2 green bell peppers
- 7-8 garlic cloves
- 10 cherry tomatoes
- Optional: 4-5 sprigs fresh thyme
Sauce
- 1 cup milk
- 2 tablespoons vinegar
- 1 tablespoon tomato paste
- Salt
- Black pepper
- Curry powder
- Red pepper flakes
- Optional: chicken seasoning
- 2 cloves crushed garlic
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
Preparation
Prepare the sauce ingredients and mix part of it with the chicken, then marinate in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
Spread the remaining sauce over the vegetables and stir to combine.
Arrange the vegetables at the bottom of the baking tray.
Place the chicken on top, cover first with parchment paper and then with aluminum foil.
Bake in a 230°C oven.
After cooking, uncover and broil for 10 minutes on the top setting.
